Practice Refurbishment

Refurbishment of Axe Valley Vets - Weston Branch

We are excited to announce that Axe Valley Vets in Weston-Super-Mare is currently undergoing a refurbishment.

We remain open to provide you and your pets with the veterinary care that you need. But this will, however, mean that there will be some disruption to the usual working day in practice.

We wanted to inform you that we will be using a different area of the building to see you and your pets. Please follow all the signage and staff guidance when you attend the practice.

The refurbishment will include work both externally and internally at the practice, including our waiting room and reception area.

During this time, we are unable to perform any operations on site, however, our team at Axe Valley Vets in Blackford would love to welcome you and your pet(s) in the interim. You can expect the same level of expertise and support and they will have full access to your clinical records to ensure there will be no disruption to your pet’s care. To understand more about how we process your data please see our privacy notice on our website.

A transportation service will be up and running to facilitate this for you and your pets.

Please be reassured that you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

Our opening times will remain the same, however, there will be some changes to our consulting times throughout the next few months. If you have a future appointment that may need altering, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Our out of hours care will continue to be at Vale Vets Portishead.

We want to take this opportunity to thank you for supporting Axe Valley Vets during this time.

Should you have any questions during our refurbishment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,

The team at Axe Valley Vets
